Stretches

Intermediate to Advanced students will need to do some stretching before class.

I have found just doing these 5 stretches before classes have made a HUGE difference in my students ability to perform swimming techniques correctly.

I suggest any student who has been assigned stretching before class, arrive at class at least 10 minutes early so that they have plenty of time to do these stretches BEFORE CLASS STARTS. Let’s save swimming lesson time for SWIMMING! :)

Please use the SUNROOM to stretch so as to not distract the student in the class before you.
